Because each OUTLAP item is produced specifically for you, we operate a limited returns policy.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Exchanges

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

We strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.

Customs & Duties
